Access Code

If you are the primary person responsible for school improvement / accreditation activities at your institution, you should have received an access code. If this is not the case, please contact your AdvancED state office. Your access code must be entered in your Personal Profile in order to manage your institution's information.

AdvancED provides NCA CASI and SACS CASI schools continuing or pursuing accreditation with online tools designed to manage their accreditation process. The following is a summary of the tools provided when logged into the system. An access code is required to manage your information.

My Accreditation

Submit the Standards Assessment Report. This report is designed to serve as a valuable self-assessment and as a tool to help schools prepare for their Quality Assurance Review. The report is based on the AdvancED standards, which serve as the foundation of the accreditation process.
Access the Quality Assurance Review Report. This report, submitted by the Quality Assurance Review Team Chair, is a comprehensive assessment of the school's school improvement efforts, including targeted recommendations that will enhance the school's capacity to improve school effectiveness and student performance.
Submit the Accreditation Progress Report. This report, submitted two years following a Quality Assurance Review team visit, details the actions and progress the school has made on the team's recommendation. The progress report is intended to serve as a tool for schools to stay focused on the recommendations of the team and to use the team report as a guide to enhancing their school's improvement efforts. The report also is used as a monitoring tool by the NCA CASI/SACS CASI State Office to provide assistance to the school and to ensure that the school is addressing any deficiencies in the standards.

Demographics Update

Update school/district demographics, including address, contact information, grade structure, enrollment, and number of staff.
