Air Travel

NCA-CASI has arranged with American Airlines to be the "Official Airline" for the Annual Conference in Chicago.  Depending upon the type of fare and the advanced reservation length, reductions amount to from 5% to 15%.  American Airlines Meeting Services is providing a toll free number at 1-800-433-1790.  The inclusive dates for these special arrangements are March 11, 2008 through March 23, 2008.  The NCA Authorization Number is as follows:  A1338AL

Accommodations

Preregistering for the 2008 Annual Conference does not reserve hotel accommodations for you! You must make your own lodging arrangements. NCA has secured conference rates with the host hotel and two other hotels in the vicinity of the host site.

Essentials

Ground Transportation is available via Airport Express/Continental Air Transport from O'Hare International Airport and Midway Airport to the convention hotels. Buses leave the baggage level of the airports every 15 minutes; return buses leave the hotels approximately every 30 minutes. Please allow 45-60 minutes for travel time. Fares (subject to change without notice):

O'Hare: $27.00 one-way/$49.00 round trip.
Midway: $22.00 one-way/$37.00 round-trip.
