all students. At all times the school is engaged actively in some phase
of the school improvement process (planning, internal analysis, external
review, implementation, documentation).

Identifies a challenging
set of goals that focuses on enhanced learning for all students.
Develops an improvement
plan that details the changes that will be made in the process of
schooling such that improvement can be documented in those goals.
Provides a specific assessment
system designed to document increased student success on the goals
identified.
